We are covered by the Ombudsman Scheme, of the Reserve Bank Of India. If within 30 days of lodging a complaint with us, you do not get a satisfactory response, and wish to pursue other avenues for grievance redressal, you may approach the Banking Ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank Of India.
