Sounds like you haven’t been to the vet. Bloated kitten belly usually indicates worms and is pretty common. However, there are other conditions that can quickly lead to sudden death. Kittens are pretty fragile in the first few weeks. They will also need their shots. Exactly when and how, depends on a few factors, like is the mother nursing them or are you bottle feeding? Are they only days/weeks old, or a few months already? Please see a vet for a check up!

It’s likely that your kitten has worms. You need to take her to the vet, along with a fresh stool sample. This will enable the vet to make a firm diagnosis and prescribe a treatment. At the same time, he or she can perform a physical exam, making sure that your kitten is otherwise healthy, and administer the first set of vaccinations.
