Connor Jessup is seeing great success both in his professional life and personal life. Not only is his Netflix original show Locke and Key getting great reviews, but he confirmed over the weekend that he and fellow actor Miles Heizer of 13 Reasons Why are an item.

In an Instagram post on Saturday, Jessup alerted the world to the romance saying: “I’m late but I love you, you’re good, you make me better, happy v+1 day.”

Social media followers have given their blessing and Heizer isn’t mad either, he responded with a heart and crying-face emoji.

The two young actors are very busy in Hollywood, Heizer having worked on Parenthood, Love, Simon and 13 Reasons Why and Jessup on Falling Skies, American Crime, and the aforementioned Locke and Key. Jessup came out publicly last summer in another Instagram post.

The show was filmed on location in Toronto, Canada in a number of locations.

Netflix will be dropping its fantasy series Locke and Key, which is based on the fantasy graphic novels by Joe Hill, today (Friday January 7). The series will be released with all 10 episodes dropping on the platform in one go. Here’s a look at the filming locations and setting for the series.


Where is Locke and Key set? Taking its cue from Hill’s comics, Locke and Key sees the action taking place within the primary location of Keyhouse in Massachusetts. The primary location is a character in itself with things many rooms where the drama takes place. Locke and Key sees the Locke siblings Bode (Jackson Robert Scott), Tyler (Connor Jessup), Kinsey (Emilia Jones) and their mother Nina (Darby Stanchfield) moving into the mansion and beginning a new life. They relocate to their father Rendell’s (Bill Heck) ancestral home after he is murdered in mysterious circumstances.

Speaking about creating Locke and Key, Hill said: “I had this one idea for a horror story about a house that would almost be alive and it would be full of these enchanted keys.” He continued: “Locke and Key had had a very long path to screen.
